Live a Boxer’s Lifestyle Project (2012)
Building on the Four Fitness Principles, the Live a Boxer’s Lifestyle Principles are Dedication, Courage, Stamina, Emotional Fortitude. These Principles help Boxers take their training from the Gym into the rest of their Life. The Project increased awareness of the Live a Boxer’s Lifestyle Principles and gave participants repetition and practice. Basic Mapping, Mask Making and Movement Frames were all used to help participants in the Project.
